After many powerful years together, our dear brother and guitarist Wilhelm Glanz has decided to part ways with Black Steam to pursue new challenges.Wilhelm has been with us since the very beginning in 2017, and his contribution to our songwriting and the unique sound of Black Steam has been nothing short of essential. His creative force helped shape what the band is today.
As we are currently in the middle of recording our upcoming album, we have decided not to replace Wilhelm at this time. Instead, we are fully focused on completing the album and continuing to create new music.
Even though Wilhelm has now left the band, his presence will still be felt in the upcoming songs where he has been a key part of the writing process.
We wish Wilhelm all the best in his future endeavors — and to all our fans: Black Steam will continue to deliver the melodic heavy metal you know and love.
